This popular event at the Brighton Centre will be the 31st to be held. Miniature Railways of Sussex again form a significant part of the show, with two passenger carrying tracks and other displays around the halls. Radio Controlled Tanks are more prominent in the Main Hall. There will be around 80 ‘display’ exhibitors and 70 traders and societies. A new feature will be a grouping of fairground models.
With superb Model Railways and Model Engineering displays, there will be many exhibits of general interest and with special appeal to children, including Demonstrations and Workshops. Train Simulators will show off the latest software.
The spectacular Model Boats and Ships Displays on the Indoor Pool will again be present, starring Battleships, rowing craft, and many other steam and electric powered boats. Static displays of Aircraft, a Model Race Track Modelling Workshops, Passenger-Carrying Railways and War Gaming are just some of the many other attractions. Dolls Houses and Miniatures are strongly represented.
Films will be shown continually throughout the weekend in the Balcony Cinema. The Cafes, Bars and Restaurant of this comfortable venue will be open.
